Na początku każdego projektu wnętrz, staramy się zdobyć jak najwięcej informacji dotyczących przestrzeni, którą będziemy projektować. Dlatego też, jednym z kluczowych etapów jest pełna inwentaryzacja obiektu, która pozwala nam dokładnie poznać istniejący stan przestrzeni oraz jej wymiary. Inwentaryzacja to proces, podczas którego dokładnie mierzymy przestrzeń oraz wykonujemy jej szczegółowy opis, uwzględniając wszelkie istniejące elementy. Dzięki temu, posiadamy pełen obraz danej przestrzeni, który pozwala nam na stworzenie rzetelnego modelu, który będzie uwzględniał wszystkie istniejące ograniczenia. Dodatkowo, w trakcie inwentaryzacji, wykonujemy liczne zdjęcia, które umożliwiają nam dokładne zapoznanie się z przestrzenią. Oprócz inwentaryzacji, staramy się uzyskać od klientów wszelkie materiały dotyczące projektowanej przestrzeni w tym wszelkie dokumenty związane z istniejącym stanem przestrzeni.
