One of our designed variations for the elevation of a single-family home located in Łomianki, near Warsaw. The house features a very strong and consistently executed concept, being fully enclosed from the road side while being maximally open and illuminated from the private plot side. The concealment of the garage gate and entrance doors in the building’s elevation, along with minimizing the number of window openings on the driveway side, ensures a maximum sense of security and comfort. The use of full glazing on the private side provides illumination and introduces greenery into the interior of the house. The designed elevation is characterized by a minimalist and modern appearance. Clean lines and geometric shapes of the building, combined with dark colors of the elevation, create a coherent and elegant whole. The use of wood, naturally softening the raw appearance of the building’s mass, emphasizes its friendly character. An important element of the elevation is also the terrace, designed to provide privacy and comfort for the residents. The covered relaxation area on the terrace is an ideal place to unwind amid the greenery of the garden.
