An individual villa project created in close collaboration with investors. Strong interior lighting and the maximum integration of the building’s interior with the surrounding greenery defined the resulting structure, giving it an intriguing character. With a usable area of almost 600 m², the building, thanks to detailed functional-spatial solutions, meets all individual requirements set by the investors. The project was prepared with consideration for the use of modern CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) technology.
