Usually an architect designs the building, and the interior designer then steps into a finished shell. We work the other way round: we design the house from the inside out. The interior layout, glazing, lighting and built-in joinery are developed together with the architecture and the landscape, from the concept stage onwards. The building permit design is prepared by a licensed architect we work with, and we coordinate the whole process from start to finish.

What does Nahajowski Design do?
We are a studio of architects and interior designers based in Lubliniec. We design architectural concepts, interiors and landscape, either separately or as one coherent whole. We work for clients across Poland.
Do you design remotely, outside Silesia?
Yes. We run most of our projects remotely for clients across Poland. Consultations and presentations take place online, while site surveys and design supervision are carried out on site.
What does the design process look like?
We work in eight stages: enquiry, quotation, consultation, site survey, concept, visualisations, documentation and implementation with design supervision. The details are described on the Process page.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is priced individually. The cost depends on the floor area, location, type of building and scope. Once we receive your enquiry, we prepare a proposal with the scope of work and a schedule.
Do you also design architecture and landscape?
Yes. We design architectural and landscape concepts with the interiors in mind from the outset. The building permit design, based on our concept, is prepared and signed by a licensed architect we work with, and we coordinate their work.
Do you help with construction and the choice of materials?
Yes. We provide design supervision and construction coordination, and we help select and order finishing materials, furniture, lighting and fittings in cooperation with manufacturers.
